12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Platform Role

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Platform is an intermediary that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers
• sellers are responsible for product quality, safety, warranties, and compliance
• the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

12.2 Liability Cap

Where liability is established under law, it may be limited to the value of the transaction in dispute, unless otherwise required by statutory provisions.
