5. PRICING, PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT POLICY
5.1 Pricing Integrity and Transparency
Prices must:
- be clearly displayed
- include applicable taxes as required
- not rely on deceptive discounting tactics
- not inflate MRP artificially to show fake discounts
The Platform may monitor unusual pricing patterns.
5.2 Payments and Security
Payments are processed via secure payment gateways supporting:
- UPI
- debit/credit cards
- net banking
- wallets or other compliant methods
Payment credentials are handled by the gateway. The Platform does not store full card data.
5.3 Settlement Cycles and Deductions
Seller payouts follow defined settlement cycles. Reports may include:
- gross order value
- commissions
- logistics charges
- payment gateway fees
- return and refund adjustments
- taxes or statutory deductions (as applicable)
The Platform may place holds on settlements if:
- fraud is suspected
- abnormal return rates indicate quality concerns
- compliance documents are pending
- regulatory investigations require it
5.4 Settlement Disputes
Sellers may raise settlement disputes via support channels with:
- order references
- claim details
- supporting evidence
The Platform will review and respond as per internal timelines.
